East Texas Alarm’s central station is located in Tyler, Texas. We are right here in your neighborhood keeping you, your family, and your business safe.

Can your systems be monitored and serviced by other security companies?
East Texas Alarm installs equipment that can be monitored and serviced by other businesses. Our goal is for our customers to stay with us because they want to, not because they have to.

What is your standard response time for repair service?
We offer same-day service if the request is called in by 10 a.m. and next-day service for requests received after 10 a.m. If the service call is considered an emergency, we will be there the same day to make the repair. Technicians are on-call 24/7.

How long has East Texas Alarm, Inc. been in business?
We’ve proudly served our East Texas community since 1965.

What regions do you serve?
We cover the East Texas area and surrounding counties. Our service area spans a 100 mile radius of Tyler.

Can you monitor or service my existing system?
Often East Texas Alarm can monitor and service another company’s installed system. However, sometimes we must replace some equipment to be able to take over a system. There are some systems which East Texas Alarm cannot monitor or service at all. In these situations, we can provide you with an estimate to install a new system.

Can you obtain a bond for a large commercial project?
Yes, we can provide a bid bond and a performance bond upon request.

Do you use subcontractors to install your systems?
No. Every team member who monitors or services your alarm system is an East Texas Alarm employee who has received in-depth, in-house training.

Are the employees at East Texas Alarm licensed?
Yes. All of our employees are licensed, and each member of our team is also background checked by the State of Texas.
